This five-workshop course has been designed to enhance the skills and confidence of managers to become effective leaders. The course is founded on the principle that effective leaders are developed over time. This course uses evidence-based resources from leadership, human behavior and Psychological practice combined with tailored organisational contexts to deliver engaging, meaningful content which can be put to use immediately in the workplace.
