Effective Workplace Communication Masterclass
This training is designed as a “master class” in developing and practising assertiveness skills.
The training then explores the concepts of stress, burnout, resilience and self-care in the context of mental health issues in the workplace and offers some practical tips for healthy living including questionnaires for self-audit learning to equip participants with skills for psychological wellbeing.
- Define assertive behaviour and mindsets
- Identify common misconceptions and irrational beliefs about assertiveness
- Develop strategies for dealing with conflict, criticism and negative feedback
- Review effective communication techniques in the workplace including resolving grievances, managing anger and written communication
